Harry Edmondson Car Sales are a small, busy family run garage based in the small agricultural village of Hesketh Bank in Lancashire. With over 30 years’ experience in the car sales industry, the business is renowned for its trusted reputation amongst its clients and the local community.
Earlier in the year BT got in contact with the garage to suggest that their Nortel Telephone system was nearing its end of life and they would not be able to support it soon and recommended that the business considered a telephone system upgrade.
Keen on supporting local business, Harry Edmondson Car Sales decided to invite quotes from telecom providers in the local area. After contacting Tech IP for a quote, HECS was impressed with what the Preston based telecoms company had to say and knew they were the right people to assist them with the project.
Following a full evaluation, Tech IP proposed a new Cloud phone system to support the busy car sales business as this provided the lowest cost option and ticked all of the boxes in terms of required functionality.
The Cloud phone system offered improved communications and new features giving the business more control, with cost savings for calls and call bundles reducing costs for local national and mobile uk calls.
Also due to this being an upgrade from an older BT supported telephone system, it meant that the new Cloud phone system would pay for itself within the first year from the available savings and continue to deliver lower costs than the system they’d had previous.
