Beep Doctors Profile
Beep Doctors Cumbria is a charity that provides emergency medical care to its patients. Whether this is on a roadside, at a traffic accident, or at home during a life-threatening emergency, their team of volunteer doctors is on call 24/7 to provide enhanced clinical care in medical emergencies.
Project
Beep Doctors needed a reliable internet connection for a new main office opening in Penrith to support the charity’s operations. The office also required a VoIP upgrade to a new phone system. This would be vital for communications between the offices and for supporting those in need of assistance during medical emergencies.
Solution
Following an introduction from one of their trusted IT support contacts, the charity got in touch with us at Tech IP. We gave the Charity expert advice and recommendations on which phone technology upgrades we believed would be most suitable for them.
After discussing all options with the charity, Tech IP recommended a new fibre broadband service for their internet connection. Also a VoIP upgrade to our Cloud VoIP phone service to support the charity and offer additional functionality moving forward. This included a new 01768 telephone number, which the charity would use as its main published number.
