When World Healing Centre decided they needed to upgrade their current business telephone system, it was Lancashire based telecoms provider Tech IP that gave them the helping hand they needed.
World Healing Centre had an old Panasonic telephone system which was due for upgrade. Having found Tech IP after searching online for a local supplier they set up a meeting to discuss the best way to move forward with their telecoms.
The organisation operates from an impressive Edwardian building and some areas of it didn’t have any wiring at present. This was a challenge as WHC required telephones in these parts of the building. Because of this, consideration had to be given to installing new cabling which could have been expensive and disruptive or using an alternative of cordless or Wi-Fi telephones to overcome this challenge.
After considering all the options, Tech advance recommended a cloud-based telephone system and upgraded Internet connection along with a combination of desk based and cordless telephones.
The desk-based phones were deployed using hard wired cables where possible and wi-fi where not and the cordless phones all registered to base stations located centrally in the building aiding a simple and very low-cost low disruption set up.
Significant benefits where the implementation of an automated attendant to greet and route incoming caller to the correct telephones and a very cost effective and scalable telephone system allowing the Centre to grow and add additional telephones as and when needed in the future easily.
Louisa Brown the operations manager at World Healing Centre managed the project with Tech IP and stated:
“We found Tech IP gave us good and easy to understand advice on the best type of system for our organisation and the whole process of upgrading was managed very professionally, we experienced no downtime and have been very happy with the functionality of our new system and its been ideal to consolidate our bills for telephone lines, broadband and our phone system all into a single provider. I would happily recommend working with Tech IP to any other organisation looking for a good quality local supplier.”
