The way in which our customers access their bills is changing!
Having invested in our billing platform, we are making it possible for our customers to access their own bills. You will also be able to see itemized bills, reports, and service charges. Companies with multiple bills or several locations will have the ability to sign in with a single login to access all bills in one place.
How to sign up as a new user
- Click HERE to go to our billing platform login page
- Select, ‘Register here’
- Fill in your ‘Account Number’. This should be exactly as it appears in your bill (if you would like us to send you a copy of your account number please email billing@tech-ip.co.uk)
- Enter your postcode as it appears on your bill, this should be the same format as ‘PR4 4TH’
- Create a username (we would recommend either your company name or your name, with no spaces and all lowercase ‘techadvance’ or ‘johnsmith’)
- Create a display name (examples: ‘Tech IP’ or ‘John Smith’)
- Enter your email address and confirmation email address
- Press register
How to log in as an existing user
- Click HERE to go to our billing platform login page
- Enter your username (this is not your email address)
- Enter your password (if you have forgotten your password click here)
