Business Challenge
Collateral UK moved into a new office in Blackpool and needed to find a telecoms provider who could source a suitable telephone system to support the needs of their growing business. Collateral contacted Preston based telecoms provider Tech IP at the recommendation of the previous tenants. With a proven track record and good experience in delivering cloud-based solutions, Tech IP were selected to lead the project.
Tech IP Solution
Tech IP provided a new Cloud phone system with a combination of VoIP desk phones and VoIP cordless phones. They upgraded the fibre broadband on site to a converged VoIP quality broadband connection. This was suitable to support both the Internet access for their PC’s and telephones, with guarantees on voice quality. It also offered a single billing and support solution for both.
