Following the company’s success, HLS needed a new phone system for their head office based in Thornton-Cleveleys that could meet all the requirements of their advancing business.
Having found Preston based telecoms company Tech IP on Google, HLS Supplies were impressed with their proposals for a new cloud based VoIP telephone system and felt confident they would be capable of assisting them in managing the upgrade. and their telecoms infrastructure moving forward.
The cloud based VoIP system Tech IP recommended offered improved incoming telephone call handling and lots of other new features giving the business more control. With cost savings for calls as the new cloud service provided inclusive free calls to all local national and mobile UK numbers as part of the package.
The new cloud based VoIP telephone system operates via its own VoIP grade business broadband service ensuring quality of service and was able to utilise the existing network cabling at the site for the connection of the phones to the desk required positions.
